What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us. That means the contact form and any email or phone contact you initiate.

• Contact form: your name, work email address, organization, optional phone number, selected area of interest, and the message you write.
• Email and telephone: whatever you include in your message.
• The AI assistant: whatever you type into it. Messages are sent to our own server to produce a reply. If you ask it to pass your details on, they are carried into the contact form for you to review and submit — the assistant does not send anything on your behalf.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical request data, including IP address, for security and operational purposes. We do not use it to build profiles.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry, to have the resulting conversation, and to keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not send marketing email. There is no newsletter on this website, and submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to anything.

Who processes it

• Our website hosting provider, which serves this site and keeps operational logs.
• Our transactional email provider, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Our business email provider, which stores the resulting correspondence.

These providers act on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party. See the cookie notice for detail, and note that it will be updated if analytics is ever enabled.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period by our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to operations@realmai.us and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; tell us which framework you are relying on and we will handle the request accordingly.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change what this website collects or how we use it, we will update this notice and the date shown above.
