About
An enterprise technology company, still doing what it started with.
REALM AI was established in 2011. Oracle ERP and enterprise systems have been the foundation of the work ever since — and are the reason we are useful to organizations now thinking about AI.
The story
Our story began more than fifteen years ago in enterprise technology consulting. Oracle ERP and enterprise systems formed the foundation of the work — implementation, enhancement, integration and long-term support for organizations across public and private environments.
That work continues. It is not a chapter we closed. Enterprise systems are long-lived by design, and the organizations running them need people who understand both the software and the business processes wrapped around it.
What has changed is what those organizations are now being asked to consider. Artificial intelligence has moved from demonstration to something boards expect a plan for. Most of that plan turns out to be a familiar kind of problem: where the data lives, who is allowed to see it, how a new capability reaches the people doing the work, and what happens when it is wrong. That is enterprise integration, and it is work we have been doing for years.
So we extended the practice rather than replacing it. Today REALM AI combines that enterprise experience with artificial intelligence, modern application engineering, integration and digital experience — helping organizations modernize without abandoning the systems and knowledge they already depend on.
We are careful about how we describe all of this. We do not publish client names, project counts or performance figures we cannot evidence. What we will say is what we have done and how we work — and we would rather be judged on the first conversation than on a number in a headline.

What we believe
Four positions that shape the work.
Modernization does not mean replacement
The systems an organization already depends on usually represent years of embedded process knowledge. The useful question is how to extend them, not how quickly they can be torn out.
Experience shows up in the details
Anyone can describe an implementation plan. Knowing what actually goes wrong in week six is what fifteen years buys, and it is why our estimates tend to survive contact with reality.
AI belongs to a specific process
Value comes from applying it to one well-understood workflow inside systems that already exist — not from a platform decision made before anyone has framed the problem.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
Sometimes the honest answer is that a project should be smaller, sequenced differently, or not use AI at all. That is cheaper to hear in week one than in month six.
